Design and build cloud-native microservices for the Miles platform: translate domain models into services, implement RESTful APIs, collaborate on integrations, apply CI/CD/containerization and SSDLC practices, and ensure scalable, secure production-ready solutions.

Develop and enhance the Miles Core platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining back-end and front-end features. Address security, performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, perform gap analyses, advise on best practices, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with product management to feed client insights into the Miles software.

Work with customers to design, implement and test integrations between Miles and third-party systems. Run workshops, gather and translate requirements into functional/technical specifications, perform pre-delivery testing, support go-live, manage change requests, and resolve integration defects.

Design, automate and maintain cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, Azure and on-prem infrastructure. Implement IaC and GitOps with Terraform and Ansible, manage monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, OpsGenie, FluentBit, Loki), support customers and internal teams, modernize legacy components into scalable solutions, and mentor peers while contributing to engineering standards.

Lead integration architecture for large-scale enterprise landscapes, advising C-level clients, defining API and integration standards, resolving critical technical issues, mentoring integration consultants, and collaborating with R&D to evolve the core integration framework.
