Manages advertising purchasing, production, media placements, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships. Leads public relations initiatives, writes press releases, develops integrated communications and media plans, and ensures promotional materials align with brand standards. Represents the resort at community events, coordinates with departments and external media, and manages campaign execution, communications strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain and troubleshoot voice and data networks, administer telephone systems, perform backups and disaster recovery, manage hardware/software inventory, assist with WAN, VPN, firewalls and security, support server infrastructure, document systems, and provide emergency coverage as assigned.
