Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint environments. Resolve escalated technical issues, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain security configurations, perform root cause analysis, contribute to IT projects, document solutions, liaise with vendors, and help maintain reliable, secure IT services.

Supports contract delivery across multiple London sites by preparing financial and statistical reports, assisting with month-end P&L reviews, raising work and purchase orders, managing invoicing and work in progress, maintaining client records, responding to customer inquiries, submitting payroll reports, coordinating engineer schedules, and attending site visits and meetings.

Provides generalist HR advisory and administrative support across the business. Advises and coaches line managers on employment policies, legislation, employee relations, wellbeing, TUPE, change management, performance, absence, investigations, and probation. Maintains HR processes and policies, supports complex casework and HR projects, prepares management reports and analytics, and accurately manages employee data using HR systems and Excel.

Supports facilities maintenance contracts by preparing financial and statistical reports, assisting with month-end P&L reviews, managing work orders, purchase orders, invoices, WIP and debt, maintaining client records, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating payroll overtime reports and engineer schedules, conducting audits and site visits, and supporting contract management administration.

Maintain and repair mechanical building systems in a data-centre/commercial facility. Perform PPM, reactive and breakdown work on HVAC, water systems and generators; fault-find using graphical/alarm data; complete paperwork, risk assessments and permits; supervise subcontractors; keep CMMS records up to date and comply with KPIs/SLA and health & safety requirements.
