Provide Level 2/3 production support and development for U.S. commercial insurance products on Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, gather business requirements, configure products, develop using Gosu and PCF, support integrations and batch processes, conduct testing and deployments, and document solutions. The role also contributes to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, finance transformation, system implementations, acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement. The position requires a CPA, strong IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and 3–7 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.

The Senior IT Governance Analyst maintains and improves IT governance processes, controls, procedures, and documentation. Responsibilities include identity and access management, privileged access reviews, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Purview governance, technology asset management, ServiceNow-based service management, audit support, compliance evidence collection, risk management, and corrective actions. The role collaborates with infrastructure, cybersecurity, development, compliance, and external partner teams.
