Own end-to-end payroll and accounts receivable across Australian and New Zealand entities. Manage payroll compliance, reconciliations, statutory lodgements, collections, disputes, month-end close, reporting, cash flow inputs, audits, and system improvements. Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll legislation, maintain controls, and partner with finance leadership and customer contacts to improve accuracy and cash collection.

Supports the fashion design team with administration, tech packs, sample coordination, CADs, range presentations, trend research, and showroom setup. Maintains seasonal dashboards, style data, samples, fabrics, trims, and digital files. Collaborates with stakeholders to communicate product and range changes, documents meetings and action items, and contributes to delivering womenswear collections aligned with the brand’s design direction.
