Drive adoption of Legrand Smart Solutions in Bulgaria by identifying early-stage projects, understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, managing opportunities end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting technical and commercial implementation and market development.

Field-based sales role to identify construction projects and stakeholders across Sofia and West Bulgaria. Recommend Legrand products, prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage opportunities through the sales cycle, build relationships with architects, contractors, distributors and key accounts, maintain CRM and reports, monitor market and competitors, and support territory development with frequent travel.

Identify and develop construction project opportunities across South and Central Bulgaria. Manage the full sales cycle, specify and propose Legrand solutions, build stakeholder relationships, support distributors and partners, maintain CRM and forecasts, monitor market/competitor activity, and travel frequently to meet territory targets.

Lead and develop plant supply chain (planning, procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving). Serve as site lead for Datawork-to-SAP S/4HANA transition, redesign and standardize processes for new ERP, improve production planning and material flow using Lean, and drive change management, training, and adoption while working closely with frontline teams.

Design, build, and operate cloud microservices for managing distributed network devices. Plan and document technical solutions, model device-to-cloud communication (MQTT), work with message queues and PostgreSQL-backed services, lead code reviews, own architecture, participate in incident response, and mentor engineers to ensure quality, security, and reliability at scale.

Develop and maintain embedded Nodegrid OS software (Yocto-based Linux) in C/C++, Python, JavaScript and Bash; design and debug network protocols and services; write automated tests; maintain third-party packages; produce feature specs; improve dev tooling and workflows; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with QA, support, and cross-functional teams.

Sell connectivity and data center products via inbound and outbound calls, provide pre-sales technical support, qualify and upsell customers, enter orders and quotes using CPQ, coordinate with field sales and project teams, meet quotas, maintain CRM records, and support territory reporting and customer issue resolution.

Manage and grow sales and market share in the Hissar territory by developing sales strategies, nurturing key accounts (ADS and retailers), identifying new business, supporting customers, collaborating with marketing and operations, maintaining sales records, and representing the company at industry events.

Lead corporate finance and controllership functions including accounting, accounts payable, treasury, direct tax compliance, statutory and internal audits, internal controls, SG&A analysis, budgeting, and financial governance. Manage finance teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize cash flow and working capital, support EXIM/LC activities, and ensure timely financial reporting and audit closure while driving process improvements and compliance.

Create medium-to-high complexity mechanical and electrical 2D/3D drawings, BIM overlays, and BOMs for busway/busduct solutions. Maintain CAD/Revit/BIM360 libraries, support quoting, prototyping, manufacturing, standards listing, and cross-functional teams. Attend customer meetings and travel up to 15%.
