Responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems for lighting products, leading root-cause and CAPA efforts, conducting audits, supporting NPI, analyzing production data to drive improvements, working with suppliers, creating quality documentation, supporting testing/validation, and training production staff.

Build relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, investors and hotel clients; manage full sales cycle, pipeline, proposals, forecasting, after-sales support, market intelligence, and cross-team collaboration to grow revenue and market share.

Support documentation, evaluation, testing, and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting (COSO). Partner with accounting to identify/control gaps, support remediation, audits, and process harmonization. Assist with control considerations for system changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage the project sales team for electrical and digital systems, develop sales strategies for government and OEM projects, prepare compliant tenders, build client relationships, analyze market trends, oversee product marketing content, collaborate with technical teams, monitor sales performance, and mentor the sales team.

Drive sales and market expansion for project-based electrical solutions in the Guwahati territory. Develop and execute territory sales strategies, identify and manage customers (contractors, consultants, end-users), provide technical product expertise, collaborate on project execution, monitor market trends, and maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Manage and grow sales opportunities for Legrand in the Ranchi territory by building customer relationships, presenting proposals, providing technical support, collaborating on sales strategies, monitoring market trends, reporting performance, and representing the company at industry events.
