Lead cross-functional new product development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review. Design and develop consumer AV products (projection screens, easels, accessories). Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and ECOs; lead or participate in cross-functional teams; support manufacturing transition, testing, documentation, customer technical support, training, and trade show representation.

Own brand-level P&L, lead budgeting/forecasting, provide commercial finance business partnering, translate data into actionable reporting and KPIs, support strategic initiatives and process improvements, ensure financial controls and compliance.
