Provide expert subsea pipeline engineering across pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, operations and decommissioning. Perform design, analysis, calculations, checks, and deliverables for pipelines, risers and tie-in spools; contribute to technology development, bids, and represent the team in meetings while liaising with global engineering centres.

Process and review vendor invoices, execute payments (checks, ACH, wire, AMEX), perform GRIR reviews and month-end close support, post accounting transactions, resolve invoice/PO/payment discrepancies, manage vendor communications, maintain AP records, support 1099 reporting and audits, lead AP process improvements and training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT to address system or operational issues.

Manage and supervise Instrumentation & Control deliverables during EPCIC for oil & gas projects. Coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with international codes/standards, review P&IDs, support engineering workshops, and participate in field testing of ICSS/PLC and third-party control systems.

Administer construction subcontract agreements for a major offshore LNG project in Maputo, Mozambique. Responsibilities include managing change orders, extension-of-time and cost claims, invoices, payments, subcontractor meetings, contract amendments, correspondence, and monthly reporting. The role coordinates with engineering, construction, procurement, and other disciplines to support subcontractor performance and protect company interests. It is an 18-month VIE assignment beginning January 2027.

Execute mechanical engineering work across feasibility, design, and EPC/EPCM project phases. Select and size rotating equipment and packaged systems; prepare datasheets, specifications, requisitions, and technical evaluations; review vendor documents; coordinate interdisciplinary design activities; support inspections, testing, commissioning, proposals, and cost estimates. The role may involve onshore and offshore site visits and requires knowledge of industry codes, equipment auxiliaries, noise, and vibration analysis.

Lead weight control across all project phases for offshore platforms and modules. Manage weight budgets, growth control, CoG assessment, discipline coordination, weight databases, reporting, MOC/TQ reviews, and liaise with clients, certifying bodies and marine warranty surveyors to assure safe transportation, lifting and installation.
