Entry-level process engineer supporting process simulations, engineering calculations, Process Design Packages, equipment sizing, thermal and hydraulic analyses, and technical documentation. Works within multidisciplinary teams from concept through commissioning and startup, follows engineering standards, and may travel short-term to project sites.

Process and review vendor invoices, execute payments (checks, ACH, wire, AMEX), perform GRIR reviews and month-end close support, post accounting transactions, resolve invoice/PO/payment discrepancies, manage vendor communications, maintain AP records, support 1099 reporting and audits, lead AP process improvements and training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT to address system or operational issues.

Manage end-to-end international mobility for expatriates and inpatriates: coordinate assignments, immigration/visa/work permits, ensure labor law/tax/social security compliance, prepare mobility packages, act as main contact for stakeholders, maintain HR data and reporting, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

Provide administrative HSE support: collect and consolidate HSE data, enter and maintain HSE statistics and records, prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations, manage document control and audit documentation, and support HSE team communications and reporting to ensure timely, accurate HSE metric submission.

Support daily treasury operations: prepare weekly/monthly cash, debt and investment reports; assist bank account administration and KYC; maintain BG/LC records; and support audits, month-end close, and ad-hoc treasury projects during a six-month internship.

Develop and manage construction schedules and baseline plans, prepare progress curves, man-hour estimates and manpower charts, review subcontractor schedules, produce project-specific planning deliverables, attend project meetings, ensure compliance with client specifications, and support site planning staff.

Process and post journal entries, support month-end close, maintain AP/GL and fixed asset records, perform reconciliations, support audits, resolve transactional and intercompany discrepancies, and uphold internal controls.

Perform FEED, PDP, and Detailed Engineering for chemical and petrochemical plant equipment: calculations, design, prepare mechanical datasheets and material requisitions, review vendor drawings, ensure compliance with industry codes and specifications, and coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders.

Provide expert subsea pipeline engineering across pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, operations and decommissioning. Perform design, analysis, calculations, checks, and deliverables for pipelines, risers and tie-in spools; contribute to technology development, bids, and represent the team in meetings while liaising with global engineering centres.

Six-month finance internship supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly forecasts, financial reporting, general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, internal controls, treasury tasks, and process improvement/automation initiatives.
