Support VDC/BIM coordination on a commercial construction project: manage and produce accurate models, run clash detection in Navisworks, lead coordination meetings, track VDC schedules, perform quality reviews, and apply company standards to resolve construction coordination issues.

Perform BIM/VDC modeling and coordination for commercial construction projects. Manage models and deliverables, run clash detection in Navisworks, lead coordination meetings, conduct quality reviews, and ensure compliance with contract documents and company VDC standards.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities: coordinate with vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors; procure MEP subcontracts and equipment; manage submittals; assist with electrical, mechanical, and overall cost estimates; support commercial project coordination and execution.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including vendor and subcontract procurement, equipment coordination and submittals, estimating electrical/mechanical costs, and supporting commercial project coordination and execution on-site.

On-site MEP Project Engineer responsible for trade coordination, material and installation management, cost estimating, RFIs/change order management, document updates, and collaboration with field supervision to ensure successful project delivery. Some exposure to BIM and quantity surveying required.
