Lead MIS strategy and team to build dashboards, reports, and integrations. Analyze data, ensure data governance and system performance, translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate cross-functionally, advise on MIS/BI best practices, present insights to senior management, and manage external vendors.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipment operations including planning, tracking, vendor and fleet management, customer coordination, documentation, cost control, and performance reporting. Use TMS and GPS tools, maintain MIS dashboards, ensure compliance, optimize routing and freight costs, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams while supporting junior staff.

Manage end-to-end FTL operations including planning, monitoring, and resolving shipment issues. Onboard and manage transport vendors, negotiate rates, control costs, and ensure compliance and documentation. Coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain MIS dashboards, use TMS/GPS for tracking, and optimize routing to meet KPIs.
