Translates strategy into operational plans, oversees fleet and volunteer operations, improves the MyOS platform, develops leaders, manages budgets and operational risks, and partners with executives to ensure scalable, efficient, volunteer-centered service delivery.

Drive corporate partnership acquisition and commercial sponsorships for Orange Sky Australia. Responsibilities include prospecting target sectors, pitching executives, securing campaign sponsors, creating tailored proposals, managing Salesforce pipelines, identifying workplace giving opportunities, and coordinating hand-offs to stewardship teams. The role requires strong sales storytelling, networking, strategic planning, analytical pipeline management, collaboration, and commitment to the organisation’s social impact mission.

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and appeals in partnership with Fundraising & Partnerships. Develop compelling concepts, messaging, copy, and creative collateral while ensuring brand consistency. Manage project workflows, timelines, and budgets; analyze campaign data to provide insights, optimize performance, improve processes, increase brand awareness, and support revenue targets across Australia.

Coordinate individual and regular giving campaigns across digital, email, and other channels in Australia and New Zealand. Support donor journeys, fundraising platforms, CRM data processes, content development, reporting, segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
