The Role

This position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented and data-driven person who is eager to learn, adapt and get stuck in. This full-time, permanent role reports to our Fundraising Growth Manager and works under the strategic direction of our Individual Giving Specialist, with a focus on creating meaningful donor journeys. They will play a key role in delivering Orange Sky's Individual & Regular Giving programs across Australia and New Zealand. Focusing on campaign execution, digital fundraising and supporter experience, you will help turn fundraising strategies into high-quality supporter communications that drive engagement and sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell)

  • Executing multi-channel campaigns: Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of Individual and Regular Giving activity across acquisition, appeals, supporter engagement, and retention.
  • Supporting Regular Giving: Supporting the ongoing delivery and development of our Regular Giving program to drive sustainable revenue and long-term supporter growth.
  • Crafting content & assets: Assisting in the development of campaign content and assets across relevant channels, aligned with messaging and brand frameworks.
  • Coordinating systems & supporter journeys: Supporting fundraising platforms, digital systems, CRM data processes and agreed supporter journeys to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Supporting data & insights: Monitoring campaign performance, maintaining reporting and using donor data to help identify opportunities for testing and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with partners: Working closely with internal marketing and fundraising teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers, to ensure timely campaign delivery.

What you bring to the table

  • The experience: Hands-on experience in fundraising, digital fundraising, or individual giving, with a proven track record of coordinating multi-channel campaigns from planning through to delivery. Experience in growing a subscriber, customer, or donor base within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.
  • Technical & platform skills: Familiarity with digital and email fundraising platforms and CRM systems, along with an understanding of segmentation, data processes and automated supporter journeys.
  • Supporter-first mentality: A natural gift for storytelling and a ability to turn campaign stories into compelling value propositions that connect with donors.
  • Analytical & process skills: Strong process management, project coordination and prioritisation skills, paired with the ability to use reporting and data insights to support campaign optimisation.
  • Collaborative approach: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and work effectively alongside internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers.
  • The mindset: A positive, pro-active, and creative problem solver who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment and brings genuine passion for Orange Sky's mission.
