Performs full-cycle accounting for shareholder entities and real estate holdings. Maintains general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, investment schedules, and supporting documentation. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, cash flow statements, HST remittances, and financial information for internal stakeholders. Ensures compliance with accounting policies and internal controls while supporting system testing, process improvements, and special projects.

Supports the CEO and COO through complex calendar management, meeting preparation, executive correspondence, confidential recordkeeping, approvals, and expense administration. Tracks decisions, commitments, milestones, risks, and action items across leadership and strategic initiatives. Coordinates governance and Continuous Improvement Executive Committee activities, including agendas, minutes, reporting, SharePoint documentation, and follow-up. Acts as a liaison among executives, business leaders, consultants, government stakeholders, and external partners while supporting cross-functional projects and executive priorities.

Support the Controller by managing day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, job costing, accounts payable/receivable, equipment and project accounting, and audit deliverables. Supervise AP and project accounting teams, partner with operations on project financials, maintain controls, and identify process improvements while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
