Lead enterprise digital adoption by bridging IT and business: drive Microsoft 365 and AI tool adoption, design role-based training, manage change, communicate updates, track adoption KPIs, and continuously optimize user experience and productivity across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Sell and provide technical support for AIM/BLT soldering products across the Northern UK region. Meet sales and profit targets, troubleshoot products/processes at customer sites, coordinate samples and technical requirements with internal teams, attend trade shows, and maintain account reporting and customer communications.

Provide technical support and process optimization for soldering across SMT, wave and selective lines. Troubleshoot printing and reflow issues, train staff, run evaluations, document results in CRM, support product development and beta sites, and travel to customer locations as required.
