Coordinates global continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing facilities. The role analyzes processes and KPIs, conducts internal audits, manages process documentation and engineering changes, supports 8D corrective actions, develops standard operating procedures, and improves safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer also coaches project teams, contributes to tender reviews, supports maintenance planning, and collaborates with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Supports and promotes soldering products across SMT, wave, and selective soldering lines. Responsibilities include optimizing printing and reflow processes, troubleshooting soldering defects, analyzing process data, training production personnel, documenting procedures, supporting product evaluations and introductions, and providing on-site or remote customer assistance. The role collaborates with sales, production, quality, and product development teams, maintains customer relationships, supports beta sites, and reports technical findings and product trends.

Support process engineering by converting Word/Excel/PDF manufacturing documents into Dozuki, documenting production with photos/videos, preparing ECR and NPI files, comparing site processes, defining reviewers, and providing daily technical support to improve productivity and quality.
