Lead sourcing and contract lifecycle management for medium-to-high criticality materials, equipment and subcontracts. Develop sourcing/negotiation strategies, evaluate proposals, write award recommendations, conduct bidder conferences, manage supplier relationships, mentor teammates, and support procurement execution and contract administration across project phases.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, manage budgets, schedules, risks, MOC, procurement and contractor oversight while ensuring safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.

Lead and coordinate project supply chain activities—sourcing, purchasing, expediting, logistics, and material management—ensuring delivery to plan, budget, and schedule while enforcing SOPs and Project Execution Plan. Serve as primary supply chain contact for PMT, owners, vendors, and subcontractors; oversee team staffing, procurement awards, contract execution, and risk/claim management.

Leads and delivers supply chain activities for mega EPC projects: sourcing, purchasing, expediting, material management, supplier selection and contracting. Ensures work meets budget, schedule, SOPs and prime contract, develops procurement schedule and cash flow, negotiates contracts, manages risks, mentors buyers, and interfaces with project, engineering, customers, and executive leadership.

Deliver advanced Power BI reporting and analytics for engineering and cost data. Build semantic models, DAX measures, and dashboards; validate data; automate reporting; track project KPIs, cost-saving initiatives, and support cross-functional engineering and program teams.

Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling project technical operations. Define scope, prepare schedules and budgets, coordinate discipline engineering activities, review drawings and reports, manage project communications, track hours and change notices, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control and deliverable distribution.

Perform formal and informal piping stress analyses (ASME B31.1/B31.3) using CAESAR II and related tools; evaluate supports, equipment nozzle loads, and vendor designs; prepare stress reports; lead projects for clients, coordinate teams, perform field surveys, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
