Design and analyze chemical process systems: produce PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, process simulations, and equipment datasheets. Size and rate pumps, vessels, exchangers, and relief systems; perform hydraulic and flare header analysis. Prepare instrument and line lists, process descriptions, and participate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews. Support projects as an individual contributor and present technical information to clients and peers.

Develop I&C design criteria, specifications, control system architectures, select instruments/valves, prepare modification packages, review designs, manage scope/schedule/budget, coordinate disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes, standards, and NRC regulations. Conduct field walkdowns and support plant access requirements.

Lead project controls for engineering projects: develop, maintain, and monitor Primavera P6 schedules; integrate engineering, procurement, and construction timelines; produce earned value and progress reports; forecast resources and budgets; advise management on impacts and corrective actions; train junior planners.

Design and develop detailed electrical systems and 3D models for industrial and power projects using AVEVA E3D/PDMS. Produce drawings, perform clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary design, generate BOMs, review vendor data, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Lead a team handling payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and billings; ensure timely payments, monitor receivables, perform monthly closes and accruals, support audits, improve processes, and train staff.

Lead and track supplier documents, drawings, fabrication, and material/equipment deliveries for critical contracts. Drive on-time delivery improvements, lead expediting meetings, identify risks, coordinate recovery actions, validate shipments and inspections, mentor Level I/II expeditors, and report status to stakeholders to support project schedules and AWP sequencing.

Lead mechanical engineering work for commercial nuclear power (PWR/BWR) systems: perform calculations, feasibility studies, equipment reliability evaluations, design modifications, and reviews. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors, present modification packages to quality and safety reviews, perform plant walkdowns, and maintain unescorted plant access. Support project work with Mathcad and Microsoft Office tools and comply with nuclear codes, NRC regulations, and export-control considerations.
