Lead capture and business development across Defence, Emergency Services, Mining & Utilities and Space. Own a multi-year pipeline, build senior stakeholder relationships, shape opportunities, develop win strategies, drive bid/no-bid and governance decisions, and coordinate technical teams through contract award and mobilisation.

Manage delivery of engineering services for Navy patrol and hydrographic vessels under the Regional Maintenance Provider contract. Oversee configuration management, technical data, defect investigations, Class Society and design/product baseline compliance, change incorporation, technical risk management, reporting, and continual improvement. Lead, mentor, and build capability in engineering teams while engaging stakeholders and ensuring compliance with ENG-500 and the Maritime Sustainment Model.

Provide systems integration oversight and technical advice for integrating Cobra and King Cobra SATCOM terminals onto maritime platforms. Assess contractor deliverables, support testing and deployment, resolve interface issues, participate in reviews and ICWGs, and support certification, acceptance planning, and stakeholder engagement within the SEA1442 Phase 5 program.

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across ANZ for technical and defence roles: partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, manage full lifecycle hiring, build talent pools, conduct market mapping, use Oracle/LinkedIn/Talent Insights, and maintain ATS data and compliance.
