Lead and govern the enterprise Digital & Technology portfolio and PMO, manage demand intake, prioritization, budgeting and roadmaps, onboard new projects, partner with business and vendors to deliver digital outcomes, manage CAPEX/OPEX planning, and lead and mentor PMO and demand teams to ensure successful delivery and transition to operations.

Drive attraction ticket sales through hotel desks and concierges across UAE, with focus on Abu Dhabi. Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, hotel staff, and partners; develop hotel marketing collateral; monitor sales and trends; deliver training and webinars; manage and coach direct reports; use CRM to track activity and recommend product and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of learning programs across Miral Experiences: conduct needs analysis, design and facilitate workshops, create e-learning content, manage LMS and learning platforms, evaluate program effectiveness, support IDPs and Emiratization, and partner with HR and business leaders to align learning with business goals.
