Leads the University of Memphis’s creative vision, brand expression, and integrated campaign development across digital, video, design, storytelling, and experiential channels. Oversees creative standards, multidisciplinary team development, external partners, and cross-campus collaboration while translating institutional strategy into compelling, audience-focused work that supports enrollment, reputation, and engagement.

Leads major-gift fundraising for Memphis Athletics, managing donor and prospect portfolios focused on six- to seven-figure contributions. Develops solicitation strategies, identifies prospects, oversees major-gift efforts, supervises fundraising staff, and supports premium seating sales and Name, Image and Likeness initiatives. Attends athletic events as a donor and program ambassador while cultivating relationships with donors, volunteers, coaches, and student-athletes.

Leads annual fund strategy and revenue planning for Memphis Athletics, including communications, marketing, donor stewardship, fundraising events, and women's sports initiatives. Oversees athletic development staff, manages donor portfolios, identifies departmental funding needs, partners with financial leadership on resource acquisition, and serves as sport administrator for an assigned program.

Provides academic advising and student success support to undergraduate students, including course planning, degree progress monitoring, policy guidance, orientation, referrals, recruitment assistance, student records maintenance, reporting, graduation checkout, and degree certification. Collaborates with faculty, administrators, advisors, and campus partners to support student outcomes, admissions processes, compliance, and timely degree completion.

Manages university capital construction and maintenance procurement, including designer and contractor selection, contract approvals, purchase orders, bidding, documentation, and pre-construction coordination. Prepares and submits required state and federal procurement, diversity-business, contract, records, fleet, and alternative-fuel compliance reports. Maintains bid calendars, procurement records, and related administrative updates while advising internal and external stakeholders.

Teach courses in areas such as Legal Methods, Civil Procedure, and business/commercial law; conduct research and scholarship; engage in creative activity and service to the university; contribute to teaching, research, and public service missions.

Develops and maintains the university compliance program, policies, controls, and compliance matrix. Conducts assessments and investigations, tracks regulatory changes, supports compliance education and training, and collaborates with stakeholders to address high-risk areas like sponsored research, financial aid, data privacy, and records retention. Facilitates Compliance Council meetings and measures program effectiveness.

Lead creative direction and produce original visual content for Memphis Athletics across social, game-day, recruiting, digital advertising, and print. Oversee brand consistency, manage asset libraries, produce motion and videoboard content, direct shoots, collaborate with internal and external partners, mentor interns/part-time staff, and manage multiple projects under NCAA and institutional compliance.

Lead and manage Fraternity and Sorority Life operations including advising governing councils, strategic planning, event execution, risk management, recruitment/intake oversight, staff supervision, and development of education/compliance initiatives to support student leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Manage procurement, travel, accounts payable, budgets, and inventory for assigned athletic programs. Oversee vendor and contract management, train staff on card programs, process invoices and payments, prepare budget reports, manage gift-in-kind and mailroom operations, and support athletic events and other assigned duties.
