Perform preventive, routine, condition-based, and corrective maintenance on specialized mechanical equipment and facility systems. Record maintenance data in ASIS, coordinate goods and vendor work orders, verify invoices, and support testing, commissioning, and asset registration. Maintain plant rooms and workshops, prepare technical reports for the Ministry of Health, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support stakeholder management and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Support the Construction Manager by preparing progress reports, coordinating stakeholders, reviewing contracts and contractor submissions, conducting site inspections, verifying completed works and progress claims, monitoring work programmes and resources, and recommending mitigation plans per JKR requirements.

Track project financial performance, including profit and loss, balance sheets, revenue, costs, accruals, budgets, and forecasts. Investigate discrepancies and risks, prepare recurring financial reports, support audits and regulatory submissions, and provide financial inputs for management and board presentations. Partner with business controllers, analysts, finance teams, procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and improve forecasting, reporting, and data-capture processes.

Maintains project filing systems and document registers, manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, tracks deliverables, updates electronic records, follows up on outstanding submissions, coordinates with consultants and project teams, and provides general administrative support at the project site office.

Support trainer-pool gap analysis, identify and source trainers, maintain expertise and availability databases, develop trainer engagement frameworks, and coordinate the Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event. The 9–12 month graduate trainee program provides career development training and practical workplace experience.

Provides corporate legal advice across operations, intellectual property, IT, contracts, procurement, and technology matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, reviews tenders, manages post-contract issues, supports litigation and disputes, coordinates external counsel, advises business stakeholders, develops legal policies and templates, and prepares governance and legal status reports.

Manages industrial and employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, disputes, regulatory proceedings, union engagements, and collective agreement implementation. Advises HR teams and business leaders on employment law, workplace conflicts, and risk mitigation. Develops policies, tools, training, and coaching programs while monitoring workforce risks, human rights compliance, and employee experience trends.
