Provide administrative and operational support for facility management: document filing, asset and inventory tracking, handling inquiries and bookings, maintaining supplies, preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating purchases, and supporting ad-hoc tasks.

Lead company secretarial functions across the Group, ensure compliance with Malaysian corporate and capital markets laws, manage Board and shareholder meetings, prepare secretarial sections of annual reports and corporate filings, maintain statutory registers and minutes, advise on governance, and lead the Company Secretarial team to improve processes.

Lead design and delivery of road and highway projects using MX Road, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. Conduct site assessments, review designs, contribute to proposals and tender submissions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructability, technical quality, and timely project delivery.

Support implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems; analyse HR processes for automation; configure workflows; produce dashboards and analytics; ensure data integrity, security, and compliance; create user guides and trainings; collaborate with HR, ICT and business teams on integrations and technical issue resolution.

Coordinate design, billing, and contractor deliverables across project phases. Manage fee claims, BQ reviews, variation works, approvals, and sub-consultant deliverables. Support project leadership on planning, progress monitoring, risk identification, and quality control to ensure timely payments and compliance.

Perform preventive, routine, and specialized maintenance under Reliability Centred Maintenance; record data in ASIS EOD; manage vendor work orders and invoices; support testing, commissioning, asset registration, HSSE and LEAN initiatives; prepare technical reports for MoH and maintain stakeholder satisfaction per KPIs.

Perform periodic inspections and site assessments for civil assets, oversee contractors and contract works, coordinate inspections and CPC issuance, support design team, ensure QSHE compliance, prepare reports, attend project meetings, and respond to emergencies.

Manage project document filing, registration, tracking, and retrieval via EDMS. Coordinate correspondence with stakeholders, maintain shared folders, assist site document controllers, perform administrative duties, and ensure compliance with Project Quality Plan.

Manage financial and accounting practices for strata and residential communities. Develop and control FM operational budgets, monitor budget utilisation, prepare accruals and month-end close using SAP/Oracle, support financial planning, variance analysis, audits, stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and drive process improvements and digitalisation to improve cost efficiency and governance.
