Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for Facility Management (FM) services, including sourcing, tendering, quotation evaluation, negotiation and appointment of vendors.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for FM requirements, ensuring competitive pricing, quality service delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, contract renewal and replacement of underperforming vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with FM vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Manage FM contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms, service levels, pricing, deliverables and contractual obligations.
- Conduct commercial evaluation and negotiation with vendors to achieve cost savings, improved contractual terms and overall value for money.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including quality, responsiveness, compliance, cost and service delivery.
- Develop and manage annual FM operational budgets, ensuring expenditure remains within approved allocations and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and oversee Station Reopening (SRO) budget utilisation, including security services, temporary tank closures and other operational requirements.
- Monitor FM procurement expenditure, commitments and budget utilisation, identifying variances and providing timely financial updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, or facility/property management operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budget management, variance analysis, and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other financial/accounting systems is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs, audit processes, and financial governance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Skills Required
