Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, financial management, report preparation and record maintenance. Collaborate on financial analysis and ensure accurate accounting entries. On-site full-time role in Murcia.

Perform financial statement audits and reviews of accounting and operational processes, analyze internal controls and risk areas, assess profit-and-loss accounts, and carry out internal audits of hotels across Europe and LATAM. Role requires frequent travel and high-level English.

Lead development and implementation of HR-linked sustainability (ESG social) initiatives, equality and diversity plans, sustainable mobility, legal compliance, and HR sustainability reporting. Coordinate with Corporate Sustainability and ensure KPIs, audits, and ESG data integration for the talent area.

Provide HR administrative support across hiring, employee records, payroll-related procedures, social contributions, taxes, employee relations, training and health & safety. Execute HR admin processes and ensure accurate, timely documentation and problem resolution.

Lead corporate data strategy and the Data Office; design and deploy data governance model, roles, policies, and glossary; ensure data quality, security, and compliance; enable secure data access and adoption across business areas; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and report progress, risks, and decisions to executive committees.

Support the CRM & Customer Intelligence team by managing website pop-ups, monitoring and reporting personalization use cases, coordinating new use-case requests via JIRA, and assisting the Junior Personalization Specialist with operational tasks.

Provide administrative support across HR functions including personnel administration, hiring processes, payroll-related tasks (social security, taxes), and general HR operations. Manage assigned administrative processes and support employee relations, selection, development and occupational risk prevention.

Analyze, improve and implement financial processes; develop department manuals; automate and produce financial reports for management and regulatory needs; manage financial information and support the Corporate Finance Director.
