Manage the dealership finance department by developing menu-selling processes, tracking lender portfolios, reviewing paperwork for timely deal turnarounds, supporting the sales team, enforcing proper selling methods, and delivering excellent customer service to maximize profitability and product penetration.

Greet customers, assist in vehicle selection, present and demonstrate new/used vehicles, explain options and benefits, handle objections and close sales, report progress to Sales Manager.
