Administers employee transactions and workforce data in Paycom, including personnel actions, status changes, pay changes, transfers, and terminations. Reviews submissions for accuracy, conducts employee data audits, tracks errors and trends, prepares HR reports, supports EEO reporting, develops training materials, and provides frontline Paycom assistance. Partners with HR, payroll, compensation, and operational leaders to resolve discrepancies, strengthen controls, and improve administrative processes while protecting confidential information.

Supports finance teams with journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, monthly closing, audit schedules, financial statements, and accounting research. Maintains accurate records and prepares supporting workpapers for business units.

Maintains and supports server infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, monitors performance, applies security patches, manages hardware assets, and supports development environments. Provides server-related helpdesk training, maintains technical documentation, contributes to business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and responds to datacenter outages. Requires rotating 24/7 support, independent problem-solving, collaboration with IT teams and vendors, and strong communication skills.

Supports recruiting, business development, and corporate communications through digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, employer branding, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Develops graphics, videos, blogs, and brand communications; monitors online engagement and reputation; manages content calendars; analyzes campaign performance; and produces dashboards and recommendations. Collaborates with Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, and external agencies to improve engagement, conversions, hiring outcomes, website performance, and marketing ROI.

Lead revenue growth and commercial strategy for KAG Logistics. Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization, drive new business and customer expansion, manage pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and CRM integrity, collaborate with operations and executives to ensure service delivery, and develop strategic partnerships to expand service offerings.

Prepare and issue bills for shipments, create payroll for company drivers, meet daily/weekly billing quotas and payroll deadlines, provide customer service, and coordinate information flow to ensure timely billing.
