Lead a global Social Activation team to drive branded content performance across Pubity Group's pages. Set team goals, develop processes, align editorial and commercial functions, manage ad workflows and calendars, translate data into creative/commercial direction, run campaign reporting and feedback sessions, and collaborate with Brand Strategy and Data teams to evolve branded products.

Lead and grow the post-production team, build and run end-to-end post pipelines, enforce technical and delivery standards (storage, codecs, colour, audio, captions), manage freelancers and budgets, partner across creative, production and client teams to ensure timely, on-brand video deliverables and continuous workflow improvement.

Execute B2B marketing programs to drive revenue: plan event presence, manage PR partners, run LinkedIn and other channels, produce commercial materials and sizzles, lead awards submissions, and oversee merchandise and branded collateral while ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.

Lead Pubity's finance function, owning FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management reporting, intercompany/FX, commercial finance, sales compensation, finance systems and automation. Build and manage the team, oversee outsourced AP/AR and external advisers, and strengthen financial controls and reporting to support scalable, multi-entity growth.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for a defined industry vertical, personally close high-value social advertising, influencer, and sponsorship deals, build C-suite and agency relationships, mentor sellers, own forecasting and pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to deliver pitches, and represent Pubity Group externally. Frequent client travel required.
