Hands-on People & Culture generalist owning end-to-end recruitment across regions, running campaigns, and delivering excellent candidate experience. Support full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, policy, HRIS, employee relations, and people initiatives. Partner with People & Culture Manager and senior leaders to improve processes, performance, engagement, systems, and capability while progressing toward a P&C Advisor career.

Support the finance team with accounts receivable operations, invoicing, payment monitoring and reconciliation. Prepare SOAs, quotations, onboard customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing issues, maintain records, and provide administrative accounting support while identifying process improvements.
