Role: Accounts Payable Lead
Location: Camberwell, VIC (Head Office), Full-time - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
The Role:
As our AP Lead, you'll play a key hands-on role across CardioScan's full procure-to-pay cycle, spanning multiple entities and jurisdictions. Alongside managing your own AP workload, you'll supervise and support other team members, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness. You'll help strengthen controls, cash flow and vendor relationships, and contribute to month-end close, reporting and process improvement, all in a fast-paced environment where the finance function is scaling alongside the business. As the team grows, this role offers a genuine pathway into a formal AP management position.

Who we're looking for
Years of experience matter less than how you operate. You're someone who:
- Has 4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, ideally including some experience supervising, training or reviewing the work of others, and is keen to develop into a leadership role
- Brings a strong understanding of the full procure-to-pay cycle, GL reconciliation and internal controls — not just transactional AP processing
- Is hands-on with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) and comfortable working across multi-entity, multinational environments
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing competing priorities with a calm, proactive approach
- Communicates confidently with stakeholders across all levels of the business, cross-culturally and under pressure

Skills Required
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience leading or supervising an Accounts Payable team
- Strong understanding of the full procure-to-pay cycle
- Experience with GL reconciliation and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
- Experience working in multi-entity, multinational environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident communication with stakeholders across all levels and cultures
