Design a standardized shared-services operating model, implement global payroll platforms and integrations (e.g., Workday, JDE), manage outsourced vendors, ensure compliance and controls, drive financial reporting and cost optimization, and build a scalable global payroll organization while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders.

Lead strategy, delivery, modernization, and operation of enterprise data, analytics, cloud application, and platform capabilities. Manage and develop high-performing engineering teams, drive multi-year programs, ensure governance/security/compliance, align with architecture and stakeholders, promote CI/CD/observability and AI-augmented practices, and deliver governed data products and BI/analytics solutions.

Partner with EMEA stakeholders to identify learning needs, align regional programs to global standards, drive training standardization, support GMP/compliance training delivery, analyze learning metrics, act as SME for learning systems, and deliver trainer qualification, onboarding, and workshops across the region.
