Oversee JDE EnterpriseOne development frameworks, environments, methodologies, and deployment processes in a global, highly customized environment. Review external partners’ code for quality, performance, security, and GxP compliance; manage DEV, TEST, QA, and production flows; maintain OMW and PackMan artifacts; support release management; troubleshoot customizations; and ensure the stability and scalability of JDE solutions.

Oversees general ledger, period close, intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, costing, valuation, FX, finance hierarchies, and close-critical interfaces. Provides escalation management, functional analysis, root-cause resolution, executive communication, audit readiness, SOX compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Coaches FAST Leads across finance domains without formal people management responsibility.

Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based medical applications: troubleshoot, root cause analysis, collaborate with R&D/DevOps/stakeholders, maintain ITIL lifecycle, automate processes, monitor performance, and analyze memory, threads, and transactions.

Lead maturation of ServiceNow CMDB and platform capabilities: improve data quality, CSDM alignment, discovery, service mapping, integrations, governance, and IT process mappings. Design, configure, test, and operationalize ServiceNow solutions, guide platform roadmap, coordinate vendors, and support security, compliance, and handoffs to operational teams.

Serve as the IT delivery partner and functional lead for supply chain planning: define technical designs, support cloning of TSA supply chain applications, manage product backlog with Product Owner, coordinate with technical leads and third-party integrators, troubleshoot issues, create documentation and SOPs, ensure integration and compliance, and mentor technical team members to deliver supply chain planning solutions.

Provide executive and administrative support to the plant manager: schedule meetings and travel, manage confidential documents, coordinate corporate visits and audits, handle correspondence and migration procedures, support internal/external communications and logistics for plant programs.

Join the Global Planning Center of Excellence to support demand planning using Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse. Build dashboards, run scenario modeling, analyze demand signals, partner with regional planners, drive process standardization, and support global system stability and continuous improvement.

Lead technical ownership of supply chain planning and reporting applications (Kinaxis RapidResponse). Gather requirements, design solutions, manage deployments, validation/testing, compliance (CSV/GxP), system maintenance, issue resolution, and vendor/ stakeholder coordination in a regulated environment.

Lead enterprise data integration strategy for Data & AI initiatives, design scalable secure integration architectures on AWS/Azure, enable real-time and batch data movement, embed governance and observability, partner with data and enterprise architects, mentor developers, and drive PoCs for new integration and AI agent technologies.
