Owns HubSpot CRM architecture, administration, configuration, workflows, pipelines, permissions, data quality, migrations, dashboards, and reporting. Translates approved business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, documents system standards, supports integrations, and trains users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Requires demonstrable hands-on experience in a live HubSpot portal and strong CRM data modeling and stakeholder management skills.

Lead sourcing, diligence, and integration of MENA acquisitions. Conduct market and vertical research, develop pipelines, manage outreach and reporting, support regional expansion strategy, and perform operational sourcing tasks until local teams are established.

Support full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and evaluators, reviewing resumes, and improving talent acquisition. Assist HR operations, employee relations, employer branding, and engagement activities while maintaining confidential personnel data and reporting.

Design and build JavaScript-based automation and API integrations to streamline internal workflows across Airtable, Team Support, Salesforce and Excel. Validate outputs, troubleshoot, document system logic, and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and deliver low-friction operational tools.

Lead month-end close activities, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare financial reporting and variance analysis, manage AP inquiries, consolidate monthly packages, and supervise/mentor accountants while improving processes and supporting the Senior Finance Manager.

Serve as the company’s front-desk representative handling visitor reception, phone and email inquiries, mail and package distribution, clerical and administrative tasks, office supplies and expenses, and support HR with interview scheduling and documentation.

Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Auto-IT web applications and infrastructure: user account management, MFA resets, backup and antivirus monitoring, firewall and IIS-based web service deployment, virtual server/SAN/network administration, incident/change management, documentation, and liaison with customers and 3rd-party vendors to meet SLAs.
