Act as the technical link between customers, sales, engineering and project teams to translate needs into quotations and solutions. Manage full quotation and order process, design machines and production lines (€100K–€2M), join technical meetings, and coordinate with engineering, automation, installation and service to ensure projects meet milestones and deliver customer value.

Support global sales by providing technical and market expertise for live bird supply and stunning systems, shaping proposals, identifying product-market opportunities, gathering market and competitor insights, and building internal and external networks. Hands-on production/mechanical engineer responsible for optimizing and maintaining production equipment, converting old drawings into 3D models, designing machine parts, driving automation and process improvements, and working closely with production, quality, and sales to increase uptime, reduce waste, and modernize equipment on the shop floor.

Lead JBT Marel's inorganic growth agenda by sourcing and executing M&A, investments, and partnerships. Manage full deal lifecycle: pipeline development, valuation and financial modeling, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration. Advise senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors, track transaction performance, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.

Design 2D factory layouts for freezer projects, integrate freezers and auxiliary equipment, produce layout drawings/models for bids, interpret P&IDs and technical specs, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate, standards-compliant designs.

Manage engineering for localization: design for local manufacturing, drive VAVE, manage parts localization and suppliers, update technical documentation, and support BOMs and assemblies for food processing machinery.

Lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and Data Migration teams to establish enterprise MDM, data quality, governance, and migration practices. Partner with transformation, architecture, and business stakeholders to implement governance, stewardship, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities supporting ERP and enterprise programs.
