Develop detailed engineering layouts, specifications, bills of materials, drawings, and project documentation for poultry technology systems. Translate proposal concepts into engineering requirements, identify gaps, review third-party information and production drawings, verify system accuracy, support engineering estimates and planning, and communicate project status. Collaborate with Sales, Innovation, and Project Management to confirm feasibility and resolve technical issues. The role is hybrid in Gainesville with up to 10% international travel.

Works collaboratively across sales, engineering, innovation, and customer teams.

Design, develop, and maintain configurable conveyor and transport systems for poultry processing. Support NPD and sustainment, create CAD/PDM documentation, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, enable CTO configuration and model-based engineering, and collaborate across product, manufacturing, sales, and service to improve standardization and automation.

Lead JBT Marel's inorganic growth agenda by sourcing and executing M&A, investments, and partnerships. Manage full deal lifecycle: pipeline development, valuation and financial modeling, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration. Advise senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors, track transaction performance, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.

Manage JBT Marel's global patent and trademark portfolio: docketing, monitoring deadlines, annuity payments, filings (NL/EP/PCT), maintain patent software, support patent attorneys and division management, and assist IP department roadmap and meetings.

Lead site financial strategy and operations: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash and asset management, capital budgeting, risk and compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and customers to gather requirements, design food-processing equipment solutions, create detailed technical offers, present proposals, and collaborate with cost estimators, PMO, product engineering, and customer care to support implementation and compliance with safety and regional regulations.

Provide clerical and administrative support including filing, organizing documents, data entry, preparing research materials, creating PowerPoint presentations and reports, taking meeting notes, shadowing teams, and attending company events to learn and gain exposure.

Lead design, implementation, and testing of scalable .NET-based software modules for industrial food-processing machines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, optimize solutions, produce design specifications, support releases and occasional on-site training, and work in an Agile Scrum environment.
