Lead site financial strategy and operations: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash and asset management, capital budgeting, risk and compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Lead month-end close and prepare local financial statements under US GAAP. Post journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, manage tax reporting and audits, ensure compliance, and improve financial processes across the organization.

Implement, maintain and optimize SAP supply chain and warehouse solutions (EWM/LES) in S/4HANA and ECC. Translate business requirements to functional designs, support integrations (TMS), provide training, testing, vendor liaison, and drive standardization and process improvements across global distribution centers.

Provide technical sales support and proof-of-concept work for food and beverage processing equipment. Define customer technical requirements, develop scope of work, cost estimates and proposals, collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and installation teams, and travel up to 50% to support customers.

Design, develop, validate, install, and support electrical control systems for industrial equipment. Perform PLC and HMI programming, AutoCAD Electrical designs, calculations, troubleshooting, estimates, documentation, and lead continuous improvement and mentoring efforts across cross-functional teams.
