Drive sales strategy and strategic account growth for prepared foods processing solutions across Poland and Eastern Europe. Manage complex capital equipment and integrated solution opportunities, build executive customer relationships, develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, maintain CRM pipelines, forecast sales, and expand revenue and market share. The role requires consultative selling, market analysis, negotiation, and extensive regional travel.

Owns solution architecture for global Product Lifecycle Management and engineering applications. Defines and governs high-level and solution designs, translates business requirements into scalable and secure solutions, and drives PLM transformation, standardization, integrations, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and technical debt reduction. Provides technical leadership to implementation teams and vendors while partnering with business leaders, engineering, IT, ERP, CAD, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.

Lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and Data Migration teams to establish enterprise MDM, data quality, governance, and migration practices. Partner with transformation, architecture, and business stakeholders to implement governance, stewardship, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities supporting ERP and enterprise programs.

Supports sales effectiveness through project estimating, cost and schedule development, value engineering, proposal accuracy, customer relationship development, vendor coordination, and collaboration with design, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams. Reviews estimated versus actual performance, investigates variances, recommends corrective actions, and identifies process improvements that reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase efficiency while maintaining safety and customer requirements.

Manage revenue recognition under US GAAP, maintain SOX-compliant controls, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month/quarter/year-end reporting and OneStream, review contracts with cross-functional teams, support audits, document SOPs, and lead process improvements within the Accounting Center of Excellence.

Provides remote technical support and expertise for poultry food-processing equipment across customers, regional support teams, and field service. Responsibilities include resolving and escalating cases, advising stakeholders, processing field-service feedback, maintaining machine records and service documentation, identifying technical improvements, coordinating recurring issue analysis, and supporting knowledge development across regional and product teams.

Supports Project Managers with project administration across APAC, including maintaining documentation and ERP records, managing purchase orders and change orders, preparing invoices, monitoring equipment shipments, creating shipping documents, coordinating intercompany activities, and consolidating PMO reports. The role requires strong logistics, export documentation, organizational, data accuracy, and stakeholder coordination skills in a multinational environment.

Supports Mexico finance operations with a primary focus on accounts payable. Responsibilities include reviewing supplier invoices and Concur expense reports, processing reimbursements and payments, reconciling vendor and intercompany accounts, preparing accruals and prepaid expenses, supporting month-end close, maintaining audit documentation, and resolving queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
