Lead FBO quality, safety and training functions: maintain SMS/QMS (Q-Pulse), manage audits and CAPAs, conduct incident investigations and risk assessments, develop and deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise Safety Committee, control documentation and subcontractor approvals, and manage training budgets and competency frameworks.

Sell and organize on-demand private jet charters for UHNWIs and corporate clients. Prospect and build client relationships, prepare quotes and contracts, plan and oversee charter missions end-to-end, handle operational feasibility, invoicing, and provide VIP client service including on-call duties.
