Luxaviation is seeking a motivated CAMO Engineer to support the development and continuous improvement of the Reliability Programme and Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP). The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the airworthiness, safety, and operational reliability of the Luxaviation fleet through data analysis, maintenance programme management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor aircraft reliability and analyse fleet performance data to identify trends and recurring defects.
- Support the continuous improvement of maintenance programmes through reliability-driven analysis and recommendations.
- Assess the effectiveness of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs) and ensure continued airworthiness of the fleet.
- Review OEM maintenance documentation and implement revisions into operator maintenance programmes.
- Ensure accurate implementation of maintenance programme requirements in the CAMP maintenance tracking system.
- Investigate recurrent defects and propose corrective actions to improve aircraft, component, and dispatch reliability.
- Support compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications, Experience , Competencies & Knowledge :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CAMO environment
- Aeronautical Degree or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of:
- CAMO documentation and structure (CAME, AMP)
- EASA Part-CAMO requirements
- Safety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and EWIS
- Reliability Programmes and AMP effectiveness monitoring
- Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and non-mandatory modification assessments
- At least one General Familiarisation (Gen Fam) course on an aircraft type or equivalent training
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to details and quality standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills Required
