Drive mid-market SaaS sales and account management (50/50 new MRR & account management). Build relationships with decision-makers, develop sales strategies, qualify opportunities using MEDDICC, negotiate contracts, collaborate with Customer Success/Product/Marketing, and monitor market trends to influence product development.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects; respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires; customize feasible solutions; advise customers; support handover to implementation teams; monitor product and industry developments; and provide customer-driven feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage data centers, systems administration, production infrastructure, servers, networks, and workstations. Maintain high availability, security protocols, certificate and time-stamping authorities, monitoring, backups, incident response, and recovery systems. Develop technical documentation and operational procedures while collaborating with internal teams to improve platform reliability and security.

Develop and execute SMB sales strategies, prospect for new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close SaaS deals. Build client relationships, understand digital trust and fraud prevention needs, deliver consultative solution selling, manage CRM pipelines, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. The role requires strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, plus fluency in French and English or Spanish.

Provide technical support for a SaaS platform by monitoring synchronizations, resolving incidents, reviewing logs, running SQL queries, configuring tools and environments, and implementing system integrations. Manage authentication, licenses, permissions, and remote client-server connections. Communicate with clients about integration issues, participate in prioritization meetings, and follow quality, information security, environmental, and business continuity procedures.

Monitor and ensure availability and performance of managed services, troubleshoot Linux systems and internal applications, maintain PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Yugabyte, develop Bash/Python automation, diagnose incidents and alerts, manage orchestration tools (SaltStack, Ansible), collaborate with teams to resolve escalated Level 2 issues and improve customer experience.

Manage and grow enterprise SaaS accounts by developing strategic sales plans, closing large deals, and building C-level relationships. Tailor solutions around digital trust (VideoID, OCR, fraud prevention), maintain pipeline in CRM, negotiate contracts, collaborate with product and customer success, provide market intelligence, and deliver sales forecasts and reports.

Manage and grow assigned SaaS client accounts by driving retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, delivering demos and business cases, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining pipeline and performance tracking.

Drive French-market prospecting via outbound and inbound campaigns (email, calls, social), qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, manage and report activity in Salesforce and Apollo, analyze lead metrics to optimize campaigns, and provide feedback to improve SDR processes.

Manage and qualify mid-market sales opportunities for a SaaS platform: learn customer workflows, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally, proactively solve customer needs, and meet/exceed targets.
