Work embedded with operations to build workflows, dashboards, integrations, and AI-enabled features; define standards (CI/CD, observability, security); and manage vendor and data-platform integrations to scale software supporting geothermal operations.

Lead design and optimization of mechanical systems for geothermal power plants, owning specifications, trade-off analyses, procurement support, and driving standardization. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-discipline, and ensure designs balance cost, safety, and constructability through fabrication and testing.

Design and lead Fervo's internal audit function and SOX program, define the enterprise risk universe, execute financial, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and regulatory audits, coordinate with external auditors and co-source providers, report to the Audit Committee, and build a scalable audit team and continuous monitoring capabilities.

Full-cycle recruiter owning requisitions from intake through offer for technical, operational, and corporate roles. Source and build pipelines, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers on assessments, support offers and onboarding, and represent the company at career events while managing ATS data and candidate experience.
