Serve as primary financial liaison for construction projects ($1M–$100M). Manage project accounting, requisitions, payroll, purchasing, forecasting, cost reporting, cash flow, change order reconciliation, contract administration, KPI monitoring, project closeout, and stakeholder coordination. Design and implement Least Privilege and Zero Trust solutions, build automation with PowerShell/Python and SQL, configure SSO/federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), oversee access governance and audits, mentor team members, and drive IAM roadmap and standards.
