Support proposal pursuit teams through end-to-end proposal production: organize teams, write and edit RFQ/RFP responses, ensure compliance, design presentation materials, maintain brand standards and marketing databases, and travel occasionally to offices and construction sites.

Lead day-to-day management of large construction projects including contract administration, scheduling, risk management, procurement, financial reporting, team leadership, stakeholder communication, project close-out, and safety enforcement while supporting business development and recruiting.

Lead technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate clients, trades, engineers and architects; manage submittals, schedules, materials, change orders, closeout, document management, and training to ensure project quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

Maintain and audit marketing project database; capture and reconcile project data for proposals and communications; track proposal closeouts; support priority pursuits; collaborate across teams and perform occasional site visits and document design tasks.

Lead administrative and technical management of construction projects, overseeing contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, permitting, scheduling, team supervision, reporting, project closeout, and stakeholder relationships. Facilitate meetings, train direct reports, ensure compliance and safety, and support proposals and presentations.

Lead a national compliance team to ensure projects meet federal, state, and local regulatory and contract requirements. Oversee audits, investigations, training, process improvements, dispute resolution, and corrective actions across construction projects while collaborating with project and corporate leadership.

Manage end-to-end AWS tenant accounts with a focus on security, cost optimization, and observability. Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK/Pulumi), operate AWS Bedrock and AI guardrails, configure monitoring and FinOps, manage networking and hybrid connections, perform vulnerability and incident response, support users, mentor juniors, and participate in on-call and scheduled maintenance windows.
