Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Co-CEOs and leadership, including calendar management, scheduling across time zones, document and records management, meeting preparation and logistics, travel and expense coordination, vendor and invoicing support, data accuracy and reporting, and support for events and organizational projects. Oversee program delivery, finances, staff and volunteers; drive economic development, stakeholder relations, advocacy, and brand leadership; pursue funding and partnerships; participate in municipal planning; and ensure governance, compliance, and measurable outcomes to strengthen downtown vitality.

Provide sales team and customer support: manage orders and onboarding, serve as primary contact via phone/email, maintain CRM and order records, analyze customer data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to resolve issues.
