Manage and grow assigned accounts in the Detroit area by hand-delivering quotes, cold-calling, servicing existing customers, maintaining accurate paperwork and forecasts, coordinating relationship-building activities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Partner with local business leaders to manage full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, workforce planning, HR metrics/reporting, and site-specific HR projects. Serve as primary HR contact for facility managers and support manufacturing site needs, including occasional overnight travel.

Manage collections for assigned customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash, maintain accurate account records, support cash application and reconciliations, and communicate delinquency trends while balancing collections with customer service.

Provide clerical HR support and assist the HR Manager with recruiting: consult with hiring teams, interview candidates, perform reference and background checks, inform applicants about roles and benefits, facilitate hiring and new employee orientation, and maintain employment records.

Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support and on-site assistance for regional facilities. Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues; install and maintain workstations, printers, scanners, phones; support SIP phone systems; perform device imaging and low-voltage cabling; maintain documentation; participate in on-call rotation and regional travel for site visits and health checks.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications for multiple manufacturing sites; lead architecture, ensure reliability and test-driven development, integrate with ERP and shop-floor systems, troubleshoot issues, mentor junior developers, and support roadmap and continuous improvement.

Serve as the companys first point of contact: answer phones, greet and direct visitors, handle mail, support Executive Assistant, perform basic bookkeeping and message handling.

Provide weekly pipeline updates, attend sales meetings, and represent the company in the community and at customer sites, including occasional manufacturing visits.

Administer and improve employee benefits programs including health, retirement, leave, and wellness. Manage open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, IRS), payroll tax jurisdictions, audits and filings (Form 5500). Provide benefits support to employees, partner with leadership on total rewards strategy, prepare executive reporting, and support M&A benefits integration and process improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned sites, partner with hiring managers on intake and selection, source and screen candidates, handle offers and preboarding, maintain talent pipelines and recruiting metrics, and support high-volume/manufacturing hiring needs.
