Maintain daily accounting for multiple entities and personal accounts, manage bill-pay and reconciliations, track expenses and cash flow, prepare monthly financial packets, support tax prep, and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Welcome and assist homebuyers at model homes and the sales center. Handle visitor intake, give model tours, maintain community appearance, manage appointments and registration forms, prepare daily traffic and activity reports, respond to website inquiries, perform administrative duties, and attend sales training.
