Assist with IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, user access, printers, applications, and peripherals. Configure and deploy devices, support employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain inventory records, install software updates, monitor endpoint security, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues. The intern also supports Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, cybersecurity awareness, and other IT projects while following security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
