Provide media center support including audiovisual presentation, video/audio production, equipment inspection and ordering, script development, editing, and coordinating media center staff. Perform operator maintenance, develop on-the-job training per RSAF directives, and instruct production training courses as required.

Manage and control GE aircraft engines, modules, components, and repairable assets: ordering, receiving, warehousing, kit assembly, inventory, shipment tracking, warranty compliance, and GOLD database requisition monitoring.

Provide media center support by producing and editing audio/video, developing scripts for training, operating and maintaining broadcast equipment, coordinating media center staff, and delivering on-the-job training per RSAF directives.

Analyze user, functional, and technical requirements; design systems, data-flow diagrams, screens and reports; translate requirements into code; debug and correct programs; estimate impact and timelines; provide alternate solutions.

Advise the Training Directorate on training matters; develop and review training programs; analyze training problems and propose solutions; design and upgrade training systems (ISO); support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes; perform assigned training-related tasks within the aviation industry.

Develop and maintain software and tools to support training operations: track student progression, generate instructor evaluation aids, keep student data and flow charts current, manage secure data storage and backups, perform systems and network administration, and support instructors and 1000+ users.

Analyze engineering, vendor, and customer data to design, organize, and develop maintenance and parts documentation for aircraft platforms. Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and produce maintenance manuals and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) content using technical publications tools.

Advise on supply systems and budgets, identify and resolve supply-chain issues, manage procedures for spare parts and repair materials, coordinate logistics between supply and maintenance squadrons, produce inventory reports and support military aircraft maintenance using technical manuals.

Provide functional expertise, configuration, and support for Oracle ERP applications. Analyze functionality, recommend standard solutions, define optimal setup, configure and verify applications, create functional specifications, resolve gaps with vendors, and act as subject matter expert for projects and support.

Maintain and control Course Control Documents, review and advise on course development and compliance with RSAF directives, coordinate with other bases and RSAF HQ/DAT, update master course documents, ensure reproduction processes, and perform annual course reviews with Training OPR.
