1. Maintain and
control all Course Control Documents (CCD's) associated with assigned courses.
2. Review CCD's
dev eloped by other instructors for current format, applicability to training
requirement and compliance with RSAF directives.
3. Advise and
coordinate with instructor personnel in the development of new courses to meet
training requirements and update/maintain existing courses.
4. Correspond with
other bases concerning course development
5. Correspond with
RSAF HQ/DAT concerning all courses.
6. Be able to
understand and determine requirements listed in RSAF Manual 105-31
7. Maintain and
update a master copy of all course documents
8. Ensure that
reproduction is advised when copies of existing course material is requested by
instructors
9. Perform annual reviews with the Training OPR
for existing courses.
Requirements
1. Must have at
least 5 years of experience working as a curriculum specialist.
2. Must have at
least 2 years of experience in course development.
3. Must be
proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
4. Must be able to
communicate, both orally and written, with personnel at all levels.
6. Must have a
working knowledge of technical training forms
