Manage daily new and used vehicle operations, drive sales and gross profit, handle negotiations and lender structuring, oversee internet leads and follow-up, hire/train and motivate sales staff, forecast goals, manage vehicle acquisition/inventory, and maintain an ethical, legally compliant sales culture.

Serve English- and Korean-speaking customers through the vehicle purchase process: explain features, pricing, and financing; build relationships; meet sales targets; coordinate with teams; handle paperwork and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
