Supervise outbound warehouse team to meet SOPs and KPIs, manage TMS/ERP shipping processes, schedule and train staff, ensure compliance, perform data entry and reporting, and drive process improvements for TL, LTL and parcel shipments.

Supervise warehouse order processing and fulfillment operations, assign and prioritize customer orders using WMS/ERP, coordinate labor, monitor KPIs and system workflows, coach and train staff, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and perform administrative reporting and operational support tasks.

Manage order waving and assignment in the DC using distribution software, monitor workflows and KPIs, coordinate labor, report performance, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment tasks such as printing labels and preparing shipping documentation.

Supervise inbound replenishment operations including unloading, inspection, staging, put-away, and inventory reconciliation. Lead Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates, manage staffing, monitor KPIs, maintain receiving documentation, ensure SOP compliance, and drive process improvements for accuracy and safety.

Develop and maintain 12-month demand forecasts, analyze SKU-level sales performance, manage purchase orders in Sage, monitor inventory and safety stock, publish weekly forecast and inventory reports, coordinate cross-functional planning with sales and supply chain, and support international supplier communication.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting, manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory and cost accounting, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, coordinate audits, provide financial analysis to leadership, drive NetSuite and process improvements, and mentor the accounting team.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives: manage calendars, meetings, travel, reports, office operations, visitor and candidate coordination, document management, and basic reporting from NetSuite. Maintain confidentiality, professional presentation, and support cross-departmental projects and company events.
