Lead employment relations strategy and Centre of Excellence for NZTA: manage union engagement and collective bargaining, develop employment policies, advise senior leaders, coach managers, and resolve complex employment matters to ensure compliance and productive workplace relations.

Manage lifecycle of multiple digital supplier agreements for NZTA's Digital portfolio. Lead commercial negotiations, supplier performance, risk and issue management, procurement and sourcing activities, stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and advisory support to ensure value for money and fit-for-purpose commercial outcomes.

Lead strategic internal and external communications for complex, high-profile transport programmes. Advise senior stakeholders, craft clear narratives, manage reputation, coordinate across teams, and produce high-quality written content in fast-paced, issue-sensitive contexts.

Lead NZTA's infrastructure procurement function across a national land transport capital programme. Set strategic procurement direction, manage sourcing and suppliers, shape portfolio and project-level commercial strategies, strengthen procurement capability, and liaise with senior leaders, central agencies and industry to improve delivery confidence, timeliness and value for money across a $10B+ programme.
