Designs, programs, assembles, installs, troubleshoots, and commissions electrical controls for machines and tooling systems. Creates schematics and cabinet layouts, builds and wires panels, develops PLC/HMI/robot programs, integrates hydraulic and pneumatic systems, researches safety devices, and ensures guarding complies with OSHA and ANSI standards. Supports automation projects, coordinates machine installations, trains maintenance and manufacturing personnel, and provides post-installation support. The role is primarily on-site in Schofield, Wisconsin, with minimum travel to Greenheck facilities.

Develops product training and communicates selling points to sales teams and customers. Builds relationships across representative and sales channels, supports industry events, identifies process improvements and competitor opportunities, documents service calls, and may mentor staff or manage moderately complex projects. Occasional onsite travel may be required.

Provides advanced technical application support for commercial HVAC and ventilation products. Responsibilities include product selection, special design and pricing, field-problem resolution, product roadmap input, customer and sales training, industry-code evaluation, competitor analysis, process improvement, service-call documentation, and relationship building across sales and representative networks. The role may involve onsite support, industry events, mentoring, and managing moderately complex projects.

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by achieving sales, order volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Develop customer relationships, identify new business, promote ventilation products, prepare CAPS quotes, resolve customer issues, support design specifications, and collaborate with engineering, purchasing, inside sales, and business-unit teams. Attend trade shows and customer meetings, travel more than 25% within the territory, and support contract negotiations and technical applications.

Optimizes manufacturing costs, quality, productivity, material utilization, equipment, tooling, layouts, and production processes. Provides technical troubleshooting, supports design-for-manufacturability changes, analyzes data for capacity and budgeting decisions, and leads safety, 5S, and Lean initiatives. The role also manages cross-functional projects, supports quality systems, and mentors or supervises team members.

Lead product roadmap and application training for HVAC products, provide advanced technical support, resolve complex application issues, manage and develop the applications/support team, coordinate cross-functional strategy, monitor competition and pricing, build rep and sales channel relationships, and support sales forecasts and budgeting.

Design, test, and support controls for HVAC products: develop controls designs and BOMs, validate control strategies, support prototyping and production transitions, provide technical support, document changes, and participate in cross-functional engineering projects.

Serve as a technical partner to sales, providing advanced application support, troubleshooting (including onsite), custom solution design, trainings, bid analysis, account growth, competitor/market insights, and cross-functional leadership. May mentor others and supervise team members.

Provide application support and configuration, troubleshoot incidents and performance issues, maintain and modify code, perform unit testing, document solutions, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable operation of distributed/cloud-based applications.
