Act as a technical partner to sales, supporting complex/custom commercial HVAC applications. Manage an established sales territory for commercial kitchen ventilation systems. Build and grow relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors and end users; develop quotes and pricing using CAPS; collaborate with engineering and inside sales; drive new business and expand accounts; represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings; travel throughout the territory to support customers and achieve revenue targets.

Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows and material flow. Maintain SAP PP/VC data, conduct time studies and labor analysis, support automation and system integration, develop standard work and training, and support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking. May supervise direct reports.

Own and manage the HR technology ecosystem with Workday as the core HCM. Lead HR IT team, prioritize and deliver HR technology projects and integrations (including SAP and third-party vendors), maintain governance, data standards, security, and performance. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors on roadmap, system upgrades, documentation, training, and support to improve processes and employee experience. Manage vendors, consultants, and staff; oversee technical issue resolution and systems analyst training. Travel to campus 10-25% and local commuting proximity preferred.
